2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup corn syrup (light or dark)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
nuts (peanuts), if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Boil brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add baking soda. Stir well into popped popcorn (with nuts, if desired) and spread out on cookie sheet. Place in 200 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring at 15 minute intervals. Remove from oven, let cool. Store in covered, airtight container to keep crisp.
