3 jalapenos
1 red onion, diced
9 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
4 tsp salt
6 cloves fresh garlic
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl add tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and cilantro. Stir in olive oil, water, and salt. Add jalapenos to taste. Let sit for one hour prior to serving for best flavor.
