1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup mild taco sauce
1 (4oz) can diced mild green chilies
1 (4oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
tortilla chips
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, Stirring to separate; drain. Spoon into crockpot. Add corn, onion, salsa, taco sauce, chilies, and olives to crockpot; stir to combine. Cover; cook on low for 2-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours. Just before serving, stir in cheese. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream.
