1-1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil (Wesson or Crisco)
2-1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1-1/2 cups Ripe Bananas (Mashed)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Eggs
1 Cup Coconut
1-1/2 Cups Pecans
3 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Oil and Sugar; Add Eggs, one at a time and beat well. Add dry ingredients: Sugar,Flour,Salt,Baking Soda. Add Buttermilk and Vanilla and mix well. Fold in Bananas, Coconut, and Pecans. Bake in large greased and floured tube pan for 1-1/2 hours at 325º.
