Peanut Butter Cups Recipe

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light br. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 bag of peanut butter cups

Mix all ingredients, roll into a 1 1/2 inch ball. Place in a mini muffin baking sheet, bake at 375 until golden brown.

Take wrappers off the peanut butter cups.

When cookies come out of the oven, immediately push an unwrapped peanut butter cup into the middle of the cookie ball. Let cool before removing the cookie from the mini muffin pan.
