1 1/2 tsp mustard
1 1/2 tsp Cream style Horseradish
1 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp accent
1/2 tsp pepper

2 1/2 lbs Hamburger
1 chopped onion
Dill pickles

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1 cup measuring cup mix the mustard, horseradish, worchestershire sauce, salt, accent, and pepper. Fill the remainder of the measuring cup with water.

Pour the water mixture over the raw hamburger and onion.

Serve on hamburger bun, and top with a couple of dill pickles.

Special Notes: I tend to use heaping tsp of the ingredients, and I mix early in the day and let it simmer for hours.
