1 pkg frozen spinach, chopped
1 can artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
oil for frying
fresh pasta, such as bowtie or lasagna

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost spinach and squeeze water out. Combine with artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and garlic. Place in baking dish and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat oil; fry pasta until crisp; drain on paper towel. Serve with dip.
