1 (8oz) pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 pkg (1 1/2 tbsp) ranch style salad dressing mix
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Roll out the crescent dough onto a large baking sheet to form a large, flat rectangular shape. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool. In medium bowl beat together the cream cheese and salad dressing mix. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Sprinkle with the red and green bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion. Chill for approximately 1 hour. Cut into bite size squares to serve.

Variation - Substitute cream cheese with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise.
