4 green peppers
6 onions
1/2 peck tomatoes (4qts)
1/2 cup salt
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
3 cups apple cider vinegar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp allspice
2 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Grind all together, add salt. Let sit overnight. In morning drain juice. (I just kind of spoon or ladle it out). Add sugars and vinegar. Make spice bag with cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and ginger. A spice bag can be made with a square or cheesecloth. Put spices on cloth and pull ends up and tie with string or thread. Put in tomato mixture and cook down by simmering over low heat all day. When the liquid has cooked down and mixture has thickened, take off heat and spoon into clean jars. Put lids and rings on and process in hot water bath for about 15-20 minutes.
