1 small pkg spinach
1 (8oz) pkg bowtie pasta
2-4 tbsp sesame seeds
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3 chicken breasts seasoned heavily with lemon pepper, baked
1 can bean sprouts or about 1 cup fresh sprouts

Dressing
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp fresh garlic
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and drain bowtie pasta. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix ingredients together. For dressing, mix all ingredients. Serve dressing at room temperature. Pour over salad just before serving.
