Chocolate Zuchini Cake Recipe

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt and cinnamon
3/4 cup soft butter
2 cups shredded zuchini
1 cup nuts
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. orange peel

Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon in sifter. With mixer beat butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat well after each. Stir in orange peel and zuchini after dry ingredients and milk.
Pour into greased and floured 10" Bundt pan.

Glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar, 3 tsp. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla

Wow! I can't find the baking time or the degrees! I guess 350
degrees for 35-40 minutes. Sorry! :(
