3 cups diced granny smith apples
1 can crushed pineapple (set aside juice)
1 bag mini marshmallows
1/2 cup crushed cocktail peanuts
1 container cool whip

Dressing
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
pineapple juice from above

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for dressing in a small sauce pan. Cook on low stirring constantly until thick. Set asside to cool. Combine apples, pineapple, marshmallows, and peanuts in a large bowl. When dressing is cool, stir it into bowl. Add cool whip last.
