Zesty Meatloaf Recipe

2 lbs ground beef
1 can evaporated milk
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c ketchup
1 c oatmeal
1 egg
1/2 c chopped onion
parsley flakes
1 tsp black pepper

3/4 c ketchup
1/2 - 3/4 c brown sugar
4 tsp mustard

Mix all ingredients and form into loaf in 9 x 13 pyrex pan. Mix topping and pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool before slicing.
