3 cups medium noodles boiled till done and set aside.
1 cup chopped celery
1 chopped onion
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 9 1/4 ounce tuna drained and broken in chunks
salt and pepper to taste

Saute celery and onions in olive oil
Make rue with flour and butter or margarine. Add onions, celery,chicken broth, and milk, and salt and pepper. Cook until bubbly and creamy. Add tuna. Add noodles and transfer to 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.Sprinkle with parmesian cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
