2 10-oz pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c mayo
1 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c milk
2-4 T butter, melted
1/4 c cracker crumbles (Ritz, Club)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions; drain. Combine soup, mayo, cheese, egg and milk. Stir into broccoli. Place in ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
