1 pkg spring salad mix
Jack cheese, cut into strips
fresh strawberries, sliced
sugared pecans

Dressing
1 cup canola oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix dressing in blender. Dressing will keep for up to one week. Makes about twice as much as needed.
