1 package (7 oz.) elbow macaroni
1 pound hamburger
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup dry milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 package onion soup mix
2 cups water
1 tbsp. flour
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Add 1/4 cup flour, dry milk, salt, pepper, half of soup mix, and then stir to blend. Add water. Cook until thick and then combine remaining soup and 1 tbsp. flour. Blend in sour cream. Fold into cooked macaroni. Bake 25 minutes at 350º.
