3/4 c. shortening
1 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. yeast
2 eggs
1/2 c. lukewarm water
3/4 c. sugar
7 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place shortening and boiling water in bowl to dissolve completely.
In separate bowl mix eggs, sugar, salt and cold water. In small bowl dissolve yeast in lukewarm water then add to shortening mixture. Combine all then stir in flour all at once. DO NOT BEAT! Cover and place in refrigerator over night.
When ready to bake, take out amount of dough needed and knead on floured board. Roll to 3/4 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place close together in jelly roll pan. Let rise 2 hours. Bake 12-15 minutes at 400º

You can fix all the dough and bake at one time. Freeze the baked rolls in zip lock bags for future use.
