3 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. diced cooked ham
1/4 c. chopped green onions
4 eggs
1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Add remaining ingredients.
Place in 9 X 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Refrigerate over night. Take out of
refrigerator 30 minutes before placing in oven. Bake at 350º for 55-60 min.
