1 red, green, yellow bell pepper, 1 onion, jalepeno to taste,1 tbsp oil, fajita seasoning, 1 tsp cumin, 4 lbs of strip steak or stew meat cubed. 1/4 C water, 3 tbsp flour to thicken.

Saute veggies in oil add jalepeno, brown meat then add fajita seasoning & cumin, & water-flour mixture. cook on simmer for 2 hrs. or more. you may need to add a little water as it cooks but you want it to be thick and soupy so you can serve it on a flour tortilla like a soft taco with sour cream and cheese if you like.
