2 lbs ground beef, 1 med. onion chopped, salt, garlic minced, 2 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. ground cumin, 2 cans drained ranch style beans, 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can rotel tomatoes, crisp tortilla chips or corn tortillas.

brown and drain ground beef with onion and garlic. mix soup rotel and spices and beans together then begin layering with chips or torn tortillas on bottom of casserole dish then add soup mixture then meat, then add cheese and start over with tortillas, soup mix, meat and cheese being last layer on top. serve with sour cream. Bake for 45 mins-1 hr at 350º check on it regularly to see if its bubbling.
