2 onions, 4 slices bacon, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 C milk, 1 C cheese, asparagus or spinach or broccoli, salt, pepper.(you could also add meat if you wanted to)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon then remove and drain grease, Chop and fry onion in same pan bacon was fried in with just the remaining residual grease in it, beat eggs and milk together,then add bacon and onion, put cheese on bottom of pie pan, layer with asparagus or spinach or broccoli, then pour egg mix in and top with more cheese.
Bake 350º for 35 mins.
