1 1/2 cup tenderizing salt
1 cup sugar
1 bottle liquid smoke
4 T. garlic powder
4 T. black pepper
1 T. rub sage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together - cover turkey with rub - Put rub under skin. Marinate overnite. You can then smoke your turkey. Or preheat oven to 450 - then cook turkey @ 225 for 4 hours or until meat is 180. Depends upon size of turkey.
