1 small jar Pace Picante sauce, 2 cans black eyed peas & 1 can black beans drained, 1 can corn drained, 1 C diced green peppers, 2 C tomatoes diced, 1C chopped onion, 1/4 C chopped cilantro, 1/2 can diced black olives, 2 tsp pepper.
