2 1/2 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 T. white sugar
1 T. ground ginger
1 garlic clove (crushed) or 1/4 T. minced garlic or 1 T. powdered garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Marinate at least 6 hours for full flavor - overnite is even better. Discard marinate and grill steaks to your liking.
