1 Large or 2 small butternut squash, 2 onions, 3 carrots, 2 1/2 C chicken broth, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
peel and cut veggies put in a pot with stock, nutmeg, salt, pepper. Cook til tender then puree and serve with sour cream and bread.
