3 cups water
2 t. instant chicken broth
1 T. cornstarch
3 T. water
1 egg lightly beaten with 1 t. water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and chicken broth to boiling in a large saucepan. Combine cornstarch with the 3 T. water in a cup. Add the broth mixture. Cook, stirring constantly until soup thickens and clears. Add beaten egg slowly, stirring all the time.
