1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
3 t. cinnamon
3 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 loaf French bread cut into 1" slices
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter, and 1 t. cinnamon in a 9X13 pan. Add apples and cranberries; toss to coat. Arrange bread on top. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, and 2 t. cinnamon. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Bake at 375º for 40 minutes covered with foil. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
