1/2 cup butter
7 tbsp all purpose flour
5 cups 2% milk, divided
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
2-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
1-1/2 heads of broccoli florets, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Add flour to butter to create a thick paste. Add 2 cups milk and bouillon cubes. On a low heat, cook until sauce begins to thicken. Add 3 cups milk. Then slowly add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, stirring to allow the cheese to melt as added. Continue adding the cheese in 1/2 cup measurements until all has been added. Add broccoli and allow to cook until tender.
