2-1/2 pounds (8 medium) potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 cloves garlic
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened & cubed
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large covered pan for about 20 minutes or until tender; drain. Return to pan. Add remaining ingredients, mash. Makes 8 servings.
