1 dozen corn tortilla
1 lb. chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 t. garlic flakes
2 cans (16 oz. each) kidney beans, drained
24 oz. tomato sauce
2 T. olive oil
1 T. vinegar
8 oz. plain yogurt
1/3 large onion
1 T. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the chicken breast strips in lime juice and garlic. Broil. Add olive oil and vinegar to red kidney beans. Mash them up well. Add chopped onion, chili powder, and tomato sauce to make the beans into a bean salsa. Stuff the warmed corn tortillas (warmed in microwave or baked, not fried) with the chicken and bean mixture. Top with remaining bean salsa mixture and yogurt.
