12 small new red potatoes
1 (4 oz) pkg Hidden Valley ranch buttermilk recipe mix
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 stick of melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain potatoes and cool, slightly peel them. Mix dressing mix and corn flakes in bowl. Dip the potatoes in melted butter, then roll in the corn flake mix. Place potatoes in a greased baking dish for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
