Flanken
4 lbs potatoes grated
2 onions grated
4-5 eggs
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes with onions in food processer, add eggs salt & pepper and mix,
place flanken on bottom of 11 by 13 pan, pour potato mixture on top and bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hr on 425-450, then add water on top and lower flame to 200
cover and cook over night.
