Shrimp and Wild Rice Recipe

The Vares' Family


1/2 lb peeled, deveined shrimp
1-4oz. box wild rice
1 can chicken broth
2 cups cooked white rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp worchester sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
6 oz. jack cheese (cubed)

Cook wild rice in chicken broth until most of juice is absorbed. Then mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
