1 lb peeled, deveined shrimp
1-4oz. box wild rice
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked white rice
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp worchester sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
8oz. jack cheese (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice in chicken broth until most of juice is absorbed (about 30 minutes). Then mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 375º for 50-60 minutes, or until shrimp are nice and pink.

If mixture is too dry, add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and stir, before baking.
