Summer Pasta Salad Recipe

16 ounce Spiral Pasta
1 tablespoon Salad Oil or Olive Oil
1 Onion
1 Cucumber
1 small jar of Diced pimento - drained
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes

Optional Ingredients
Diced celery, tomato, broccoli, and carrots.

1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt or 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon mustard

Cook pasta according to directions.
Drain and cool.
Mix dressing until sugar melts.
In a large bowl or pot, mix pasta, dressing, and other ingredients.
Best if made the day before.
Keeps up to 1 week.
