c. grated Parmesan cheese
c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Combine egg and milk together. Dip chicken into egg mixture and then coat with cheese mixture. Place in a baking dish and pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
