8 pork chops (boneless center cuts are the best)

Marinate mixture:
bottle soy sauce
6 oz. pineapple juice
3 oz. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. German mustard (Grey Poupon will substitute)
2-3 Tbsp. whole peppercorns

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, pour over pork chops, marinate several hours or over night. Grill or cook in stove under broiler.
