Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
1 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup milk

Mix into batter.

3 tsp.or 1/2 stick margarine
2 1/2 cup fruit or berries
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 8" square Pyrex dish; heat fruit with sugar (if very sweet, cut down on sugar;)
Pour batter on top of melted butter; spread fruit or berries over batter. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven until golden brown.
Serve hot or cold with ice cream or whipped cream.
