1/2 gallon Vinegar
1/2 gallon Mayonnaise
1 pint mustard
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup celery seed
5 pounds Sugar
50 pounds of Cabbage
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except Cabbage and bring to a boil.
Chop cabbage, slowly add mixture until slaw is the consistency that you want.

My daddy used to make slaw for different organizations and friends and family on occassions when they were serving a large crowd. You can downsize this recipe to make any amount.
