"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 can black beans
1 can tomatoes with green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (I use pkg.)
1 tsp. cumin
1 c. (7oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided.
2 T. water
2 (8oz.) pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls

Optional: salsa, shredded lettuce, chopped onion and tomato, sliced olives and sour cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook beef until no longer pink, drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, cumin, black beans, and tomatoes. Add 1 c. of the cheese. Unroll crescents; separate into 16 individual triangles. Arrange triangles, slightly overlapping, in a circle on a large round pizza stone with ends 4 inches from edge of baking stone. (Points will be off the edge of the stone.) Roll or press wide ends of rolls toward center to create a 5 inch opening. Scoop filling evenly over dough in a continuous circle. Bring points of triangles up over the filling and tuck under dough at center to form a ring. (filling will show) Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 min. or until golden brown. Serve with toppings.
