Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ½ lb. lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 can black beans
1 can tomatoes with green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (I use ½ pkg.)
1 tsp. cumin
1 ¾ c. (7oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided.
2 T. water
2 (8oz.) pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls

Optional: salsa, shredded lettuce, chopped onion and tomato, sliced olives and sour cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook beef until no longer pink, drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, cumin, black beans, and tomatoes. Add 1 ½ c. of the cheese. Unroll crescents; separate into 16 individual triangles. Arrange triangles, slightly overlapping, in a circle on a large round pizza stone with ends 4 inches from edge of baking stone. (Points will be off the edge of the stone.) Roll or press wide ends of rolls toward center to create a 5 inch opening. Scoop filling evenly over dough in a continuous circle. Bring points of triangles up over the filling and tuck under dough at center to form a ring. (filling will show) Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 min. or until golden brown. Serve with toppings.
