Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 chicken breast, split, boned and skinned (which gives you 6 portions)
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup (or celery soup)
1/2 c. white wine (I use water)
2 c. Pepperidge Farm (or your favorite) Herbed Stuffing
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in lightly greased 9X13 glass baking dish; top each piece with a slice of Swiss cheese. Scatter mushrooms over cheese. Mix soup with the wine (or water) and pour over the chicken. Spread stuffing mix on top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
You may use boneless Chicken breasts: bake these for 45 - 50 minutes.

I use Pork chop in place of chicken and it is delicious.
