1 large package frozen broccoli
4-5 pieces of chicken (breast or your favorite part)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c milk
1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken (15-20 minutes in the microwave); drain; set aside. Cook broccoli; drain. Mix milk and soup. When chicken cools pull apart into bite-size pieces. Place broccoli in casserole dish; then the chicken; pour milk and soup mixture on top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes (until cheese melts).
