2 large fully ripe avocados, seeded and peeled, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp red chili sauce or fresh hot chili sauce, 1 t snipped fresh parsley or cilantro, 1/2 t salt. Corn or Taco chips.

Directions:

Mash avocado well, stir in remaining ingredients, cover tightly w/saran and chill. Serve with chips for watching football on tv. Makes 1-1/4 cups dip. I would double recipe b/c people really hog this.
