2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.

In saucepan mix: butter, oil, peanut butter and water - bring to a boil and pour over dry ingredients - mix - then add egg, vanilla and buttermilk - pour into floured sheetcake pan. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.

Icing:

Bring to boil: 1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 stick butter
1 t. vanilla
Then add 4 cups powder sugar - pour over HOT CAKE

To make Buttermilk: 1 T. vinegar to 1 cup milk
