4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups sour cream
2 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
2 t. cinnamon
2 1/2 cups flour
6 T. cocoa

For spice cake:

Omit cocoa and Add
1/2 cup flour
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. allspice
1/2 t. cloves

Directions:
Cream sugar and eggs. Add sour cream, and vanilla. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and cocoa. Mix, pour and bake in a 13 x 9 greased and floured pan @ 375 for 40 minutes.
