1 pie shell from the frozen food section (ready made)

2 cups thinly sliced onions
2 Tbsp butter
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
1 1/2 cups of grated cheese (Swiss is excellent)
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup sliced spinach
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter until they are transparent. In the mean time set the oven to 400ºF.

Spoon onions into pie shell. Add salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder to taste. Add cheese and dust cheese with flour. You can then add spinach if you wish. (Mushrooms & bacon are also good).

Pour eggs and enough milk over ingredients so they do not spill over. Place pie plate on baking pan and cook for 20 minutes at 400ºF.
Drop temperature to 325ºF and cook another 20 minutes or until pie filling is firm.
