Jeff Angers

1 pie shell from the frozen food section (ready made)

2 cups thinly sliced onions
2 Tbsp butter
Onion powder
Garlic powder
1 1/2 cups of grated cheese (Swiss is excellent)
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup sliced spinach
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk

SautÚ onions in butter until they are transparent. In the mean time set the oven to 400║F.

Spoon onions into pie shell. Add salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder to taste. Add cheese and dust cheese with flour. You can then add spinach if you wish. (Mushrooms & bacon are also good).

Pour eggs and enough milk over ingredients so they do not spill over. Place pie plate on baking pan and cook for 20 minutes at 400║F.
Drop temperature to 325║F and cook another 20 minutes or until pie filling is firm.
