4 large cucumbers sliced, 2 Tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt in a dish, cover with water and chill for 30 mins or more

sauce:
1/3 c sour cream
1/3 c mayonnaise
3 Tbsp cream
2 tsp stevia or splenda or your sweetner choice.

slice cucumbers into dish add vinegar salt and water then chill. once chilled drain water add sauce to it & mix well.
