1 C walnuts
1 C almonds
1 C cashews
1 C pumpkin seeds
1 C sesame seeds
1 C sunflower seeds

combine with:
7 C uncooked old fashioned oats
1 C wheat germ
1 C powdered milk
optional(1c bran, bran buds cereal, coconut or raisins, flax seeds)
1 1/4 C oil
1 1/4 C honey

Directions:

Mix thoroughly and bake about 1 hour at 300º
stir occasionally while it's baking.
