1/2 c. orange juisce
1/2 c. oil
1 1.2 tsp b,p.
1 1/2 c.flour1 Tbs. vanilla sugar
grated lemon zest (optional)

Directions:

Beat egg white till snows
mix sugar or. juice oil, mix flour b. p., vanilla
fold egg whites with rest of mixture -
fill tube pan and bake at 350 for 1/2 hr - 40 min,

To make marble - fill pan 3/4 up and mix 1/4 with cocoa, wine and jam - cut into batter and then bake
