Ingredients:  
1 can salmon
2 c. mashed potatoes
2 T. melted butter
2 eggs separated
1 tsp. salt and a little pepper
2 T. minced onions
2 T. minced parsley
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Flake salmon and mix with potato. Add butter, egg yolk and seasonings. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Bake in greased casserole for 25 minutes.
